Amendments to Delaware Rule of Evidence 502 to clarify that the attorney-client privilege extends to foreign parent entities of Delaware subsidiaries and covers in-house counsel of foreign entities. These amendments provide certainty for international companies of Delaware subsidiaries seeking attorney client protections.
